Volunteers for Auction Fundraiser Needed
Brenda Chlapek, our Events/Fundraiser coordinator, needs a few good people to help with the auction set for this spring. It's a great opportunity to donate some time for a limited project! Here is who she needs:
*Procurement Team Members: two or more people to follow up on donor leads. Main responsibility begins in January-March.
*Photographer: one person who is available from February-March to photograph the donations and document our event.
*Videographer: one person who can begin after the team's December meeting to start making testimonial videos and continuing periodically to document the event.
*Platform/Clerical: assistant(s) to back Brenda up if needed, starting January-April.
*Facilities: access to a small storage space to store donations as we receive them, starting in February or March.
*Distribution volunteers: a couple of people who can distribute items after the auction.
